I started Career Ready in 2020 after years of noticing the huge knowledge gap in the readiness of early and mid-level professionals of African descent for the global world of work.
I wanted African professionals to be equipped and prepared with the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for them to compete globally and thrive in their careers.
