Every day, women hear terms such as the gender pay gap, the leadership gap, the digital gender gap, and many others. These issues are often discussed in the media, workplaces, research, and public policy. Yet, many women are left wondering what they actually mean, why they exist, and how they affect everyday life.
Featurettely was created to bridge that knowledge gap.
Whether the topic is work, money, health, technology, or society, our goal is to make complex issues easier to understand through clear, concise, and evidence-based articles.
Every Featurettely article explores six simple questions:
- What is the issue or gap?
- Who does it affect?
- Why does it exist?
- How does it affect women?
- Where does it show up?
- What can women do to navigate it?
Some of the issues we explore are systemic. But we believe that understanding these issues and knowing how to navigate them can help women ask better questions, make more informed decisions, advocate for themselves, and recognize opportunities they might otherwise overlook.
