Ianthe Hernandez is the CEO of IH Coaching & Consulting, Best Selling Amazon author, and founder of Kingdom Womenpreneurs™.

She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP©), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Salesforce Administrator certifications. She also holds a B.S. in Organizational Management and M.S.O.L. in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College.

The Community She Built
She started Kingdom Womenpreneurs™ to offer a community for Christian women in business to pray together and get support on business sales & marketing systems, software, and marketplace ministry.

Through Kingdom Womenpreneurs™, she also helps female Christian coaches, consultants, and service-based experts solve the problem of getting consistent clients by fixing their offer and enrollment systems.

The Passion She Has
We asked Ianthe Hernandez why she is passionate about helping Christian women; this is what she said:

I was in the corporate environment for over 20 years in roles from support to program manager. In all that time, I felt stifled when it came to professing my faith, especially as a leader of various teams where I supported my team members personally and on projects.

Despite climbing the corporate ladder with a salary to match, there came the point of no return where I could not do it anymore. I was led to use my skills and talents for the Kingdom of God and never looked back.

The Impact She Makes
Her work makes a difference by bridging the marketing gap from a Christian perspective, helping clients understand foundational marketing concepts.

With this knowledge and implementation of enrollment systems into their business with a faith-driven approach, her clients can grow and build their businesses faster without the overwhelm by tech and getting lost in the world’s greed.

They enjoy time with family and friends and can give more to church projects and missions than ever.

The Services She Offers
Ianthe Hernandez offers the Kingdom Womenpreneurs Community as a free group that women can join for support on Facebook™.

You can also join her group coaching experience built around creating her proprietary sales, marketing and enrollment system for launching and growing your business in 90 days or less.

In this program, service-based Christian women coaches, consultants and experts can avoid feast or famine months and achieve consistent client enrollments without adding more work to their process.

For bigger organizations, she may take on project management projects on short-term bases in IT, systems creation and integration.

Her programs and services can be found on her website.
