Her passion for financial literacy
We asked Sarah Samuel Amana why she is so passionate about her work, and this is what she said: At the age of 28 I had no net worth. In 2021 I started a business that raked in millions but lost everything because I wasn’t armed with the right skills to manage money. I would be a liar if I say I never heard of savings prior to that experience. I did. Especially being a church girl, I thought about kingdom finance. But you’ll agree with me that these two have a fine defining line between them.
There was no structure or in-depth knowledge to help me efficiently manage and handle that amount of money or my personal finance. I have made so many money mistakes and I have learnt from them, but most importantly I had to get financial literacy and that is exactly why I started RICHAUNTYFINANCE to help both the young and old get better with money, especially the average person.
A journey of a thousand miles (they say) begins with a step, that’s all you need. A step in the right direction will set you free.
The world is run in NUMBERS. Once your eyes are opened and you see the numbers behind growing wealth sustainably, the scales will fall off your eyes. Personal finance teaches you how to be deliberate and intentional about how you live and it also makes you excited about the future and life in general because you have foresight and clarity as to how to get there.
When we talk about personal finance I hear people say it’s for the “rich”. No, it’s not, it is for you! it doesn’t matter how much you earn, personal finance motivates you to increase your skills to earn more. Your first and best investment is in YOURSELF. Once you invest in yourself, your mind opens, you begin to ask questions, and you begin to look for ways and opportunities to earn more. You begin to ask “how can l afford it” instead of “I can’t afford it”.
