She is the Founder and President of Network of Human Resource Professionals (nHRP), a CAC registered Association of over 900 HR Professionals since 2013 and is globally affiliated to Word Academy for Research and Development (WARD), where she drives learning and development, creating sustainable and affordable platforms, that helps HR professionals advance in their career, and evolve into better versions of themselves.
She is presently the Lead Partner at CelectPrime Human Capital Limited and also spends quality time doing philanthropic work.

Her Work As A Philanthropist
She is a philanthropist who has pioneered and co-sponsored several social projects via her nHRP platform, to support less privileged children.
In 2021, she initiated a revolution to support children in public secondary schools in gaining healthy self-esteem with the goal of raising a generation of positive-minded people, who are not influenced by societal ills but have become valuable assets to themselves and to the society at large.
This, she kick-started by leveraging her creativity in producing a free customized exercise book that has a positive confession page, where students are influenced to make these positive confessions daily before resuming school activities.
She believes this will help to eradicate the wrong mindsets these students have developed, and instil the right mindset, healthy for them to stay successful in life.
This has become an annual Revolution social project and has extended to tertiary institutions and parents testify of the changes they are noticing in the academic performance and conduct of their child(ren).
Why She Is Passionate About Her Work
We asked her why she is passionate about her work, this is what she said:
The rate of unemployment in Nigeria is a great concern for me. We have many talented youths that are unemployed, due to several factors, of which limited job opportunities is one. I am passionate about creating more employment opportunities for the employable Nigerian youth.
Secondly, Nigeria has a market of over 213 consumers which is a huge market for any ambitious international organization. The desire also to contribute to the growth of international organisations, and ultimately my country is a drive.
Lastly, Nigeria’s current ranking out of 180 countries in the 2021 Corruption Perceptions Index is a cause of concern. We want to contribute our quota in changing the narrative, by demonstrating that, Nigeria has men and women with strong values, hence, doing Business in Nigeria is still a huge plus.
