Through Wisdom Business Management, Charmaine partners with leaders to ensure that their organizations are successful by ensuring clarity and alignment between their vision and their strategy, as well as providing accountability with the execution of their objectives.

Their method is to consult, coach and train business leaders in the development and execution of a strategic plan and the implementation of infrastructure (i.e., organizational systems) that enable them to achieve their vision.
We asked Charmaine Wright Orr why she is so passionate about what she does, this is what she said:
I do what I do because I know that God created businesses to disciple and grow people. To promote that the real reason to be in business is to invest in the people that God has entrusted to you to steward. Allowing them to explore their God-given gifts, to provide protection and provision.
My mission is to encourage business owners to build organizations that impact culture and demonstrate the Kingdom of God in the marketplace by doing business God’s way. For the last 25 years, I have been studying doing business God’s way and applying it to my life and helping business owners and individuals in their journey to do the same.
My work is making a difference because I have been able to really listen to where people are and help shift their mindset and provide strategy and support when they feel like they are alone in their endeavours.
I have also been able to help them to increase their leadership skills and build a culture within their organizations when they have been used to walking this journey alone.
