Eno Eka is a Business Analyst and Change Manager based in Alberta, Canada.
She is the Founder and CEO of Eny Consulting Inc, an IT Business Consulting Company that helps small-medium enterprises leverage technology to improve their business processes and ultimately increase their revenue.
She is also the Founder of Business Analysis School which helps both beginners and professionals leverage their experience to transition into tech and increase their income using Business Analysis skills.
Prior to being a Business Analyst, she worked as an accountant for some time. However, she took the bold step to make a transition in her career because she felt that accounting was no longer serving her career needs and goals.
At the time, there was a lot of buzz going on about the “tech industry”. She saw how fascinating the sector was, particularly in terms of the career growth opportunities it offered. It answered every question she had with regard to what she wanted for herself and where she desired to be, so she delved into it.
Today, she is an award-winning career coach and keynote speaker who has been recognized for helping more than 100,000 professionals in 90+ countries kick-start their professional careers.

Coaching People To Become Business Analysts
We asked Eno Eka why she is so passionate about coaching people how to become Business Analysts, this is what she said: When I first arrived in Canada as an immigrant in 2018, it seemed nearly impossible to get a high-quality professional job. The myth was that immigrants, particularly “newcomers “could only get menial jobs. I knew that was not for me, so I rejected that myth. I reached out to a number of mentors for guidance on how to navigate the career space. Only a few of those mentors had great feedback for me. That was enough for me. It gave me the confidence and encouragement I needed to start my journey. Amazingly, I landed my first 6-figure job within 6 months of being in Canada. A few months later, I started my consulting company.
My success was fast and huge. A lot of people reached out to me to learn how I had been able to achieve that much in a short time. I soon realised that people needed guidance, but there weren’t a lot of success stories being shared by those who had walked a similar path as mine. That led me to share my story and also help others achieve success.
I became very passionate about impacting the lives of as many immigrants as possible. My desire to help them get quality professional jobs and increase their incomes significantly grew tremendously as a result of my own success in being able to do the same for myself. This is a cause I have stayed fully committed to since its inception.
Within the space of 4 years, I have helped thousands of immigrants, both within and outside Canada, record significant success on their career journey. this gives me so much fulfilment and constantly pumps me to do more.
Changing Lives Through Business Analysis
In 4 years of arriving in Canada, Eno has touched the lives of thousands of immigrants in Canada.
She has curated mentorship and coaching programs for immigrants to Canada through various channels and platforms.
She also volunteers with several non-profit organizations to help immigrants to Canada integrate successfully and become gainfully employed. She volunteers as a mentor with Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC) and sits on the Board of the IIBA Calgary Chapter as Director of Education.
She also volunteers at the Calgary Drop-in Centre and Calgary Dream Centre and she is a Giving Back Sponsor for the Women in Need Society (WINS).
In her words: The work that I do is transformational. It creates a life shift. I have had many of my students share stories of how their lives changed completely by virtue of the knowledge that I shared with them. They constantly share stories of how they became emboldened by my coaching and could go after the life of their dreams. A good number of my students have gone from earning as low as $20 per hour to earning as high as over $100,000. Every new success story reminds me that what I do is so special, and I count this as one of my biggest wins in life.
