Balancing life, work and motherhood can be draining and sometimes very lonely.

Daniella Omor has seen the effect that stress and loneliness can have on women and how it hinders them from living their best lives, that is why she started  The Boss Mom Community. It is a community of supportive women helping each other on their journeys through life, work and motherhood.

About Daniella Omor

Daniella Omor is a certified Marriage and Family Counsellor, a Family Engagement Specialist, a Relationship Workshop Facilitator, and Nigeria’s No. 1 family and work-life balance expert.

She is on a mission to strengthen the family unit; she does this through coaching and therapeutic counselling programs and workshops. She is also very passionate about helping working mothers juggle motherhood, matrimony and work without being overwhelmed.

She is the Founder of La Cuisine Danielle, a social enterprise which exists to strengthen families, end the cycle of broken marriages and the lie that burnout and stress is the price to pay for a successful balanced life.

She is a mother and a wife.

The LCD Boss Mom Community

The Boss Mom Community is a subsidiary of La Cuisine Danielle. It is a not-for-profit faith-based community for working mothers.

The purpose of the group is to foster connections, provide support, encourage collaborations, and share solutions to the common problems mothers face in life and business.

It is also a support system for women of like minds, and a place where purpose-driven ambitious women can share opportunities for business or career growth, and personal development.

Why She Started A Community For Moms

With my experience in Coaching, I see the challenges working mothers go through especially as very few companies in Nigeria have friendly policies for working mothers.

During the pandemic many family members lost their jobs, so many mothers had to lay off their domestic staff, and still go through the stress of working from home, taking care of kids and home-schooling their kids without any support. Lack of a good support system has made many women vulnerable to mental and physical stress.

I was inspired to start the Boss Mom Community to help women deal with being stressed and overwhelmed. The community started in May and we are still growing.

It’s a digital support community and a safe haven where mothers come together to share their problems and air out their views and also get financial and business support.

More importantly, we have monthly capacity-building webinars where we invite experts to share knowledge with the women for personal development on their journeys. This is to ensure that women can pursue their dreams while still taking care of their children and homes.

We are welcoming new members, whether you are a working woman, a career woman, a woman in ministry, maybe still trying to figure out your purpose in life, single mom or married, LCD Boss Mom community welcomes you to join us.

The Boss Mom Community is for every mother because it is important for every woman to stand out and be her best.

Join us, and let’s enable you to BECOME!
