Confident mom. This is my goal every day and this is who I must become.
» If you have all it takes to start a support group, which group of people will it be for?
Stay at home moms. I was her and I know how long it took me to adjust and accept the new reality. When I did, it has been the best time of my life. It has given me the opportunity to really live life and build my dream family and home.
The anxiety about tomorrow or the future will eventually fizzle out because God makes everything beautiful in his time. The project isn’t finished but I am confident that I made the best decision and that God will reward me.
» What is the ill in the world, you know you have been equipped to help heal?
Limitations. It’s not what I do actively but I find that I’m really good at dishing out advice and words of encouragement and pushing people to go for it. In fact one day I said to myself it is about time I took all of my advice.
» What do you do when life feels heavy?
I talk to God, God is my very dependable helper. I read the Bible because in there lies the answer to every issue on earth. There’s nothing new, people of old passed through what we are passing through in this present age. So there’s always a story in there to help give hope.
» One life lesson that has taken you the longest to learn?
Be yourself let people accept you as you are. Enjoy yourself do not worry about anyone because they really do not care. It took me almost thirty-five (35) years to realize that I needed to really live life and enjoy it. No need to be small or modest for anyone.
» If your life is a book, what will be the title of the chapter you are in right now?
Live and live again. I deserve all the joy, happiness, and peace in the world because I am a child of God. And I intend to teach my kids to enjoy life and appreciate the good and beautiful things.
» If you can ask God one question about life and get an answer straight from Him, what will it be?
Why did he make man superior? Because why are women for the home or kitchen or to take care of kids and all that stuff?
» What do you connect with the most in nature, that resonates with you more than others?
Bugs. For example the butterfly 🦋. It reminds me of God’s awesomeness. How he created the beautiful butterfly. He’s the best artist of all.
» What is your favourite thing about yourself?
Commitment to my family. I do not joke with my kids and husband. They are the very air I breathe. I love mothering and taking care of my home. I love making meals and having great family time. I love planning events for our family. I love packing our boxes for trips. I love planning the meal menus. I love taking my kids to the parks/playground. I love packing their lunch boxes. Running my home is the best thing for me right now.
» What do you think we need the most to heal the world right now?
Contentment. Society has gone crazy. People are hungry for more at all costs. I fear for the next generation.
