I grew up with my grandmother who was a deaconess and used to counsel so many women, and I thought it was unfair that women often seemed to get the shorter end of the stick, often having to sacrifice their dreams and life goals for the sake of others. As I grew older and started to navigate my own challenges as a woman, I found strategies that have worked for me over the years, and I have used them to help several women navigate their circumstances over the last 14 years.

It is born out of a passion to see women succeed at their businesses and in fact, become icons in their industries. One of the biggest challenge women face in starting and growing their businesses is getting access to funding. No matter how great your ideas are, it will hard to turn them into profitable businesses if you are not able to get the funding you require.

I saw people who were once excited about their job, family and life suddenly fall into this lethargic mode where nothing seemed to be working... They felt clueless and hopeless...Young people who had vibrant future now totally stuck in a rut.

Having grown up in a not-so-comfortable family, where my parents lived from paycheque to paycheque, I totally understand the necessity of a woman to be in control of her finances especially at that age. A lot is hinged on your finance at this age. So Millionaire Woman By 40 (The Tricenarian Woman) is borne out of the desire to lead these women to make millions before they clock 40.
