Jennifer Gentet is a writer, an award-winning TV producer and a TV host.
She is the Founder and CEO of Innovative Creations & Communications – ICC Studio, which is a brand-building and multimedia production company located in Lagos.
She is also the author of “Six Effective Steps To Your Better Self” and Executive TV Producer of the following documentary series: “Live of Nigerians in diaspora”, “Live of expatriates in Nigeria” and “Your better self show”.
Since she started her career in the communication and creative sector, she has written a good number of TV commercials, monologues, speeches, scripts etc. She has also created and produced TV shows, TV commercials, documentary series and many more.
She once travelled to over 10 countries with her crew to do a documentary series titled – Life of Nigerians in Diaspora.
Her documentary series are shown on all TV platforms in Nigeria and on the Sky network in the UK.

Why She Is Passionate About Multimedia Productions
We asked Jennifer why she is passionate about what she does, and this is what she said: When I moved back years ago and started Innovative Creations And Communications Ltd – ICC Studios, I did so because I realized that Africa is the future, and Nigeria is a major key player to African economic future. Though building a business in Nigeria is still like digging for a diamond in the rough, I also saw a lot of opportunities to build and expand.
A couple of years ago we open a content production studio in Victoria Island Lagos – ICC Studios is the first of its kind in town.
In the past, media production studios were only owned by TV stations or large movie production companies. Advert placements were handled by adverting agencies only. Access to production studios or commercial video content production was limited to just a few.
Today the world is changing, and everyone and everything is going digital, and more and more people have either a story to tell an audience, products, or services to advertise to prospects or customers, an experience to share or an idea to communicate etc.

Her Passion For Youth Development
Jennifer is also passionate about youth development, her company provides free training for selected young people in the creative sector. After the training, they are given basic materials to aid them set up their own small businesses.
She does this through her youth development program called ICC Youth Development
