Queensmindset is a brand she created in 2017 to educate, empower and encourage women from all backgrounds about their power. The focus of Queensmindset is to challenge women to think differently by impacting and empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
Through the platform, women get empowering information on relationships, financial empowerment, business, personal development, emotional stability and most importantly the mindset of a Queen.
She also recently started a series on The Queensmindset Youtube channel titled Battered, Bruised not Broken.
When asked why she started the Queensmindset platform, she had this to say – I had attended a convention and after that convention, I felt it so strongly in my spirit that I needed to encourage women. I had been hearing the stories of women who gave up on themselves because of the pressures of life for quite some time but I never felt qualified to motivate or inspire. Then God reminded me the mere fact I didn’t feel qualified to share confirmed why it needed to be done because many women are waiting for one voice to stand up so that they too and speak up. I believe Queensmindset can have a lasting effect on women of colour and it is my mandate to stimulate the minds of women and challenge them to think differently so they can achieve more.

The self-help book chronicles Kimisha’s life journey, as she shares her wealth of knowledge with readers. One of her goals is to help individuals gain financial independence and entrepreneurs maximize their potential through simple-to-implement yet effective tips.

She recently launched a podcast called Real Table Talk. It is available on Anchor and other podcasts platforms.
It was designed to have intimate, thought-provoking discussions with people all over the world on topics that are critical to our development and will evoke change, empowerment and impact!
